Refund & Cancellation Policy

• 1. Students enrolled in NAIMA Certification Courses are eligible for a full refund upon written notification 30 days prior to the commencement of the class.
• 2. NAIMA does not have a partial refund policy.
• 3. Enrolled students may reschedule to any course with a 15-day notification prior to the commencement of the class.
